Privacy

Equine Imaging is a farrier record tool. It is not a diagnosis and is not veterinary advice.

Who we are

Equine Imaging is operated by Dean Brown Reining / DBPH. Contact: deanbrownreining@gmail.com.

What we access

When you tap Sign in with Google and Allow, Equine Imaging uses your Google account to:

• Read Gmail only to find horse x-ray mail (subjects such as X-ray plus barn and horse name, self-sent photos, and Drive links in those messages). We do not use Gmail to send, reply, or delete mail.
• Create a Google Drive folder named Equine Imaging (barn → horse → xrays) and save film images there. We do not delete Drive files.
• Read Drive files that those x-ray emails already link to, so we can copy the films into that Equine Imaging folder. We do not browse the rest of your Drive as a product.

What we store

On our server we store a Google refresh token so films can file while your phone is locked, plus which messages we already filed so we do not duplicate them. Film images live in your Google Drive, in the Equine Imaging folder this app creates. We do not sell data. We do not use your Gmail or films for ads.

How long we keep it

Films stay in your Drive until you delete them. You can Sign out in the app. You can also revoke Equine Imaging under your Google Account permissions. After revoke, the server cannot read Gmail or Drive. Contact us if you want the stored token removed.

Sharing

We do not sell or share your Gmail or films with other companies. Google provides Gmail and Drive under Google’s terms. Hosting is on Netlify.

Children

This app is for adult farriers and barns. It is not directed at children.
